Virtual Currency & Coins Policy
Important Notice
Coins are a virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred between accounts. All Coin purchases are final.
1. What Are Coins?
Coins are Manifest's virtual currency used to power AI game generation. Coins are consumed when you:
- Generate a new game
- Use advanced AI features
- Access premium templates
- Build complex game environments
2. Purchasing Coins
Coins can be purchased through Coin Packs. Prices are displayed in USD. By purchasing Coins, you agree that:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable
- Coins have no cash value
- Coins cannot be resold or transferred
- Coin prices may change at any time
3. Coin Usage
Coins are consumed when you use AI generation features. The cost varies based on:
- Map size and complexity
- Number of NPCs and assets
- AI model used (Manifest Clarifier, Manifest Reasoner, or Manifest Builder)
- Asset tier selected

4. No Refunds
All Coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This includes:
- Unused Coins
- Accidental purchases
- Dissatisfaction with generated games
- Account closure or termination

5. Subscription Coins
Subscription tiers include monthly Coin allocations:
- Creator (Free): 200 coins/month
- Creator Plus: More coins monthly (varies by plan)
- Creator Ultimate: 2000 coins/month
Monthly Coin allocations reset on your billing date. Unused Coins do not roll over.
6. Account Termination
If your account is terminated, all unused Coins are forfeited. Coins cannot be transferred to another account or refunded upon account closure.
