Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective: August 16, 2026

Manifest Labs provides gaming, AI, entertainment, hardware, creative, and interactive computing products. We are not a healthcare provider, and the Manifest platform is not designed to collect health information. This policy explains how we handle the limited situations in which health-related information may nonetheless reach us.

1. Our relationship to health data

Manifest does not require medical or health information to create an account, play, create games, generate cinematics, or use any core feature. We do not offer diagnoses, treatment, or healthcare services, and we do not infer health conditions from your use of the platform.

2. Categories & sources of consumer health data

You may voluntarily include health-related information in free-text inputs, for example:

  • AI prompts and conversations (e.g., describing a character, scenario, or accessibility need),
  • customer support messages and account communications,
  • user-generated content you create or upload,
  • feedback, surveys, and accessibility requests.

The categories involved are limited to whatever you choose to write or upload (for instance, a mention of a condition, medication, disability, or accessibility requirement). We do not collect health data from sensors, wearables, biometric identification, or health providers, and we do not purchase health data.

3. Purposes of processing

If health-related information appears in the inputs above, we process it only to provide the feature you used: generating the content you requested, answering your support message, honoring an accessibility request, or storing your own user-generated content. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to make decisions about you.

4. Service providers & disclosures

Content you submit is processed by the infrastructure that delivers the service you requested — our hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), and, where you use them, payment (Stripe) and AI/avatar (Role Model AI) providers — under contractual obligations to protect the data. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not disclose it except to these service providers, with your consent, or as required by law.

Manifest Labs does not sell consumer health data for monetary consideration.

5. Security & retention

We apply the same administrative and technical safeguards to health-related information as to other personal data: encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege internal access. We retain such information only as long as needed for the purpose it was submitted (for example, the life of your support ticket or your account), unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Your rights & how to exercise them

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, delete, or withdraw consent for consumer health data, and to limit its disclosure. To exercise any of them, email support@manifestanything.ai with the subject “Consumer Health Data Privacy Request”. We will verify your identity before acting. If we decline a request, we will explain why; you may appeal by emailing the same address with the subject “Consumer Health Privacy Appeal”. You may also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf with proof of authorization.

7. Children & teens

Manifest is intended for users age 13 and older, and we do not knowingly collect health data from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has shared health-related information with us should contact us with the subject “Child Privacy Request” and we will delete it.

8. Third-party services

Optional third-party features (such as the Twitch/YouTube players or the Role Model AI avatar) may receive free text you type into them. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies; we encourage you not to include sensitive health details in public or third-party channels.
