Cookie Policy
This policy describes only the cookies and similar technologies that Manifest Anything actually uses today. The tables below are generated from the same configuration the site enforces, so what you read here matches what the site does. You can change your choices at any time via Your Privacy Choices or the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.
1. What cookies & similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, embedded third-party players, and scripts that set their own cookies on their own domains. We use the term “technology” below to cover all of these.
Manifest keeps browser-side storage deliberately small. Most of your data (account, projects, purchases) lives server-side with our hosting and database providers, not in your browser.
2. Why Manifest uses them
- To keep you signed in and protect your account (essential).
- To process purchases and reservations securely (essential).
- To measure aggregate usage so we can improve the product (analytics, with consent).
- To offer optional extras like saved Cinematics history and video players (functional, with consent).
We do not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, cross-site tracking, or selling personal information.
3. Technology inventory by category
Essential
Required for the site to work: sign-in, security, purchases, and your saved privacy choices. These cannot be switched off because the service would stop functioning.

Advertising / Marketing
Used for advertising, attribution, or remarketing. Manifest currently uses no technologies in this category.

4. Third-party technologies
When you use optional features, the following third parties may process information on their own domains, subject to their own privacy policies: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (account and database), Stripe (payments), Role Model AI (avatar assistant), Twitch and YouTube (video players on the Streams page). Essential providers are engaged whenever you use the service; optional ones only with your consent or an explicit enable.
5. Changing your preferences
Open Cookie Preferences in the footer (or Your Privacy Choices) at any time to accept, reject, or fine-tune optional categories. Your choice is stored on your device and applied immediately; optional scripts and players stop initializing when consent is withdrawn. We only show the banner again if your stored choice expires, the preference system materially changes, or you reopen it yourself.
6. Browser controls & Global Privacy Control
You can also clear or block storage using your browser’s own settings, including private browsing modes. Manifest additionally honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, we record it as an opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising and reflect that state in your privacy choices. Because we perform neither sale nor targeted advertising, GPC mainly serves to preserve your expressed preference.
7. Updates to this policy
We update this policy when the technologies we use change. The inventory above is generated from the site’s consent configuration, so it stays in sync with the actual behavior of the product.
