Refund and Billing Policy

General Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This includes subscriptions, Coin packs, and one-time purchases.

1. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. However:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
  • You retain access until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds for unused time

2. Coin Pack Refunds

Coin purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Unused Coins
  • Accidental purchases
  • Dissatisfaction with generated games

3. Legal Exceptions

Refunds may be required by law in certain jurisdictions, including:

  • European Union (14-day cooling-off period for digital content)
  • Australia (Consumer Guarantees)

4. Billing Disputes

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate account suspension. Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
