By accessing or using Manifest Anything ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Manifest Anything is provided by Manifest Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, creators, or contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

Manifest Anything is an AI-powered game creation platform that allows users to generate playable games using natural language prompts. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered game generation tools
  • Manifest Launcher application
  • Manifest Arcade platform for sharing and playing games
  • Virtual currency system (Coins)
  • Subscription tiers with varying export and monetization rights

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Manifest is intended for users age 13 and older. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of games and content you create using Manifest. However, by using the Service, you grant Manifest Labs:

  • A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on the Manifest platform
  • The right to use your content for promotional purposes
  • The right to remove content that violates these Terms

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with copyright, trademark, and platform rules. See our DMCA Policy for reporting infringing content.

5. Virtual Currency

Manifest uses a virtual currency system called "Coins." Important terms:

  • Coins have no real-world monetary value
  • Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded
  • Coins are non-transferable between accounts
  • All Coin purchases are final

6. Export and Monetization Rights

Export and monetization rights vary by subscription tier:

  • Creator (Free): No export rights, no monetization
  • Creator Plus: Personal Windows export, cannot monetize outside Manifest
  • Creator Ultimate: Full commercial export rights, can publish to Steam/Epic

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. AI Disclaimers

Manifest uses AI technology to generate games. Important disclaimers:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or unexpected results
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated games
  • Users are responsible for reviewing and testing generated content
  • AI models may occasionally produce inappropriate or offensive content

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANIFEST LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
