Terms of Commercial Publishing

Guidelines for publishing and monetizing games created with Manifest Anything

Creator Tier

  • No commercial export rights
  • Games cannot be monetized
  • Games can be played within Manifest Arcade

Creator Plus Tier

  • Personal Windows export allowed
  • Cannot monetize games outside Manifest platform
  • Can publish to Manifest Arcade
  • Cannot publish to Steam, Epic, or other platforms

Creator Ultimate Tier

  • Full commercial export rights
  • Can publish to Steam, Epic Games Store, and other platforms
  • Full monetization rights
  • Can add custom splash screens (after Manifest branding)
  • Unlimited project size

Important Notes

Manifest Branding: All games created with Manifest must include the "Powered by Manifest Labs" splash screen, even for Ultimate tier users. This cannot be removed.

Additional Branding: Ultimate tier users can add their own splash screens, but the Manifest splash must appear first.

Revenue Sharing: There is no revenue sharing for Ultimate tier users. You keep 100% of your earnings.

Asset Licensing: All assets used in Manifest-generated games are properly licensed for commercial use when exported via Ultimate tier.
