Children & Teen Privacy

Effective: August 16, 2026

Manifest Anything is a game creation and play platform, and families matter to us. This page explains, in plain language, who may use Manifest, what information may be involved, and what parents and guardians can do.

1. Who may use Manifest

As stated in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, Manifest is intended for users age 13 and older, and users under 18 must have parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our sign-up asks only for an email address and password and does not ask for a date of birth; if you are a parent and discover that a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

2. Information that may be involved

  • Account information: email address and sign-in credentials for users 13+.
  • Gameplay & service information: projects, generated games, and settings created while using the platform.
  • User-generated content: games, assets, cinematics, and text a user creates or uploads.
  • AI prompts: in the website demo and companion tools, prompts are used to generate content; the downloadable Windows demo runs its AI models locally on your machine.
  • Online interactions: Manifest itself does not currently provide open chat between users; community interaction happens on separate platforms (Discord, Twitch, YouTube) governed by their own policies and age rules.

3. How we protect younger users

  • We do not direct the platform to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect their data.
  • We run no advertising and no behavioral tracking of any user, minor or adult.
  • Optional analytics (Vercel Analytics) is aggregate, cookieless, and consent-gated.
  • Community-facing features follow our Community Guidelines; report concerns to us at any time.

We are transparent that we do not currently operate automated age-verification or parental-consent infrastructure at sign-up. Parents remain the gatekeepers for teens’ accounts, and we provide the deletion and review rights below to support that role.

4. Parental rights & requests

A parent or guardian may review, correct, or request deletion of a teen’s personal information, or request deletion of any information we hold about a child under 13, by emailing support@manifestanything.ai with the subject “Child Privacy Request”. We will take reasonable steps to verify your relationship to the account before acting, and we will not disclose account details to an unverified requester.

5. Advertising & minors

Manifest does not serve advertising, and we never target advertising to minors. We do not sell or share personal information of any user, including users we know to be under 18.

6. Third-party services

Some optional features connect to third-party platforms (Discord, Twitch, YouTube, Stripe for purchases). Those platforms have their own age requirements and privacy policies; we encourage parents to review them before a teen uses those features.
