Founder Reservation Terms
Terms version v1 · Effective August 2026
1. The Reservation
The Manifest Founder Edition Reservation (“Reservation”) is a $149 USD one-time payment that reserves your place among the first 500 Manifest Founder Edition systems. Your $149 is applied toward the final $1,299 USD Founder Edition purchase price, leaving a remaining balance of $1,150 USD plus applicable taxes and shipping.
2. No automatic charges
The remaining balance will not be charged automatically. It will be collected through a separate confirmation and payment process once the final production hardware, manufacturing schedule, and fulfillment details are confirmed. If you choose not to complete the purchase, no further charges are made and your reservation remains refundable under Section 3.
3. Refunds
The Reservation is fully refundable until you confirm the final production configuration/order. To request a refund, contact us with the email used for your reservation. After you confirm the final production order, the reservation becomes subject to the purchase terms presented at that time.
4. Development status
Manifest Console hardware is currently under engineering validation. Final specifications — including the graphics architecture, processor, memory, storage configuration, and optical drive — may change. Renders shown on this site are concept visualizations and do not represent final production hardware.
5. Timing
Manifest Console is targeting Holiday 2026. This is a target, not a guaranteed ship date. Delivery timing depends on engineering validation, manufacturing, and logistics.
6. Reservation number
Each Reservation receives a sequence number (for example, “Founder Reservation #0001”). This reservation number is distinct from the physical Founder hardware number, which is assigned only during production allocation.
7. Included benefits
Founder reservations include 6 months of Role Model AI. This benefit is recorded when your reservation payment is confirmed and activates when the Founder benefit is activated, the hardware ships, or the final order is confirmed — whichever the platform schedule determines. Benefit details and final Founder perks are preliminary and may be refined before launch.
8. Limit of one per reservation
Each Reservation covers one Manifest Founder Edition system. The Reservation is non-transferable except where required by law.
9. Changes
If the Manifest Console program is cancelled before final production confirmation, all unconfirmed reservations will be refunded in full.
