Free Asset Creator Terms

1. Free Distribution

• Free assets are distributed at no cost to users. No revenue is generated from the download or use of free assets.
• The Platform does not guarantee visibility, downloads, or promotion of free assets.

2. Asset Ownership & Creator Representations

By uploading or publishing a free asset, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights necessary to distribute the asset
• The asset does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• The asset complies with all applicable laws and Platform policies
• You have the legal authority to grant the license described below

You retain ownership of your asset.

3. License Granted to the Platform

By publishing a free asset, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, and otherwise make the asset available through the Platform.

This license remains in effect for as long as the asset is listed or accessible through the Platform.

4. Platform Rights & Enforcement

The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• review, approve, reject, or remove free assets at any time
• restrict visibility or discoverability
• delist or remove assets that violate Platform rules or applicable law
• modify or discontinue free asset availability

The Platform is not obligated to host or continue hosting any free asset.

5. Content Restrictions & NSFW Policy

Free assets are subject to the same content restrictions as paid assets.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• sexual content involving minors
• non-consensual sexual content
• extreme sexual violence, bestiality, or exploitation
• content intended to harass, exploit, or harm individuals or groups
• content that violates payment processor, platform, or distribution partner policies

The Platform may restrict or prohibit NSFW or mature content at its discretion.

6. Independent Creator Relationship

Creators publish free assets as independent contributors. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship with the Platform.

7. Modifications to Terms

The Platform may update these Free Asset Terms from time to time. Acceptance of the current version may be required before publishing new free assets.

8. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box and publishing a free asset, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Free Asset Creator Terms.
