Creator Terms & Marketplace Rules

1. Revenue Split

• Creators earn seventy percent (70%) of net revenue generated from the sale of their assets on the Platform.
• The Platform retains thirty percent (30%) to cover operational costs, infrastructure, moderation, payment processing, fraud prevention, and related services.
• Revenue split terms apply on a per-transaction basis and do not apply retroactively to completed sales.

2. Settlement Period & Earnings Availability

• All creator earnings are subject to a fourteen (14) day settlement period beginning on the date of each sale.
• During the settlement period, earnings are classified as Pending and are not withdrawable. This delay exists to account for payment processing, fraud detection, chargebacks, refunds, and dispute resolution.
• Earnings become Available for payout only after the settlement period has elapsed and the transaction has been cleared by the Platform.

3. Payouts, Adjustments & Withholding

Payouts are not instant and are not guaranteed on a fixed schedule.

The Platform reserves the right to delay, suspend, reverse, adjust, or withhold payouts, in whole or in part, in cases including but not limited to:

• suspected fraud or abuse
• chargebacks, refunds, or payment disputes
• violations of these Terms or other Platform policies
• legal, regulatory, or security concerns
• errors in pricing, listings, or processing

Creators acknowledge that earnings may be reduced or offset to account for refunds, chargebacks, taxes, fees, or corrections.

4. Asset Ownership & Creator Representations

By uploading or publishing assets for sale, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights necessary to sell and distribute the assets
• The assets do not infringe or misappropriate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• The assets comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You have full legal authority to grant licenses to buyers through the Platform

You retain ownership of your assets.

5. License Granted to the Platform

By publishing assets on the Platform, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, market, sell, and otherwise make the assets available as part of the Platform and its related services.

This license continues for as long as the asset remains listed or accessible through the Platform.

6. Platform Rights & Enforcement

The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• review, approve, reject, or remove assets at any time
• suspend or terminate listings that violate these Terms or applicable law
• restrict visibility, searchability, or discoverability of assets
• investigate suspected misconduct, abuse, or violations
• modify marketplace features, rules, or eligibility requirements
• take any action necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or third parties

The Platform is not obligated to host or continue hosting any asset.

7. Content Restrictions & NSFW Policy

Creators may not upload, publish, or sell content that is illegal, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or Platform policies.

Strictly Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed under any circumstances:

• sexual content involving minors
• non-consensual sexual content
• extreme sexual violence, bestiality, or exploitation
• content intended to sexually exploit, harass, or harm individuals or groups
• content that violates payment processor, platform, or distribution partner policies

Limited Adult / NSFW Content

The Platform may, at its sole discretion, allow certain forms of mature or suggestive content (such as stylized nudity or artistic themes), subject to additional rules, labeling requirements, visibility restrictions, or age gating.

The Platform reserves the right to:

• require content classification or tagging
• restrict visibility or discoverability
• remove or delist content at any time
• prohibit NSFW content entirely now or in the future

Approval of NSFW or mature content is not guaranteed, and policies may change based on legal, platform, or payment processor requirements.

8. Independent Creator Relationship

Creators participate as independent sellers. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between the creator and the Platform.

Creators are solely responsible for:

• reporting and paying applicable taxes
• complying with local laws and regulations
• maintaining accurate account and payout information

9. Modifications to Terms

The Platform may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes occur, creators may be required to accept the updated Terms before publishing new assets or receiving payouts.

Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Acceptance & Binding Agreement

By checking the acceptance box and publishing assets for sale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Creator Terms & Marketplace Rules.

Acceptance of the current Terms version is required before any asset may be listed for sale or monetized on the Platform.
